Will my tenant be disrupted by the switch?

No. Your tenant stays exactly where they are, on the same lease. We simply introduce ourselves and take over management — most tenants barely notice the change, beyond faster responses.

Most agreements require 30 days’ notice. Send us a copy of your current agreement and we’ll review the notice period and time the switch to minimise any overlap.

Just proof of ownership to start — a title or rates notice. We obtain everything else, including lease agreements, bond details, keys, and inspection reports, directly from your previous manager during the handover.

Most switches are completed within 1–2 days of your management agreement ending with your current property manager.

No. There’s no switching fee. You simply move onto our 9.9% all-inclusive rate (7.7% for multiple
properties), with no separate marketing, renewal, letting, or tribunal fees on top.
