What if I want to switch away from Arvarni?

Leave anytime, no questions asked. No 30-day notice, no penalties, no guilt trips. We built Arvarni on the belief that if we’re doing our job properly, you won’t want to leave. And if we’re not? You shouldn’t be stuck with us. Good service retains clients. Contracts are for agencies that know they’re not delivering.

Absolutely. Most of our clients are in Sydney or Melbourne. We’ll do everything over phone or Zoom—no need to fly to Brisbane. You’ll see everything we see, in real-time, from wherever you are.

Of course. No obligation to switch. Ask us anything—about fees, the switching process, how we handle maintenance, whatever’s on your mind. We’d rather you make an informed decision than feel pressured. And if Arvarni isn’t the right fit, we’ll tell you honestly.

Check your notice period (usually 30 days). Once you give notice, we coordinate the entire handover—contacting your old agent, transferring documents, introducing ourselves to your tenant. You don’t lift a finger. Most switches complete within 48 hours of your old agreement ending. Zero disruption to your tenancy.
